Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how WorcesterFenceQuotes.com (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use this website or submit a fence quote inquiry.

This site is an inquiry service for homeowners and property owners interested in residential fencing in Worcester & Central Massachusetts. We are not, by default, your installing fence contractor.

What we collect

Information you provide on the form, which may include:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• City / ZIP
• Fence type, project type, approximate length, timeline
• Any photos or extra details you later send by email

Technical data (if we later add basic analytics or hosting logs): IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP. Analytics are optional; this site does not currently run an analytics script.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (for example Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or health information) on these forms. Please do not submit that kind of data.

Why we collect it

• To share relevant project details with local fence contractors or partners when matching or selling exclusive / priority access to inquiries (our business model)
• To improve the website and understand demand by market
• To keep business records and comply with law

How we share information

We may share inquiry details with:

• Fence contractors or service businesses in or near your market, so they can follow up about quotes or work
• Service providers that help us run the site and CRM (for example form/sheet hosting, email delivery, and later a CRM such as HighLevel), under agreements that limit their use of your data
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

We do not sell your information as a bulk public marketing list. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, “sale” or “sharing” can include certain advertising or lead-matching practices. If those laws apply to you, see Your choices below.

Text and phone contact

If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, we (or a matched contractor) may call or text you about this inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts from us where that channel is used; you can also email us to request no further contact.

Retention

We keep inquiry records as long as needed for follow-up, contractor matching, dispute handling, and legitimate business records, then delete or de-identify them when practical. You may request deletion as described below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (for example limited access to response sheets / CRM accounts). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

• Ask what information we have about your inquiry
• Correct inaccurate details
• Request that we stop contacting you
• Request deletion where practical (we may retain limited records if required by law or legitimate disputes)

If you are a California resident (or resident of another state with similar privacy laws), you may have additional rights regarding access, deletion, and opting out of certain “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Email the same address and put Privacy Request in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy where allowed by law.
